At Mlekarna Celeia, our work is focused on consumers. Their satisfaction confirms that we are producing authentic, safe and high-quality products. It is important for us to respond quickly to their opinions and complaints and to maintain effective communication, which is something all our employees strive to achieve. Conscious of our social responsibility and concern for the well-being of our loyal consumers, we have taken a step forward. On the last Saturday in August of every year, we hold the Zelene Doline recreational Trail Run at Golte.

At Mlekarna Celeia, we actively contribute to environmental protection. We strive for the thoughtful and economical use of natural resources. We use environmentally friendly technologies in our production and strive to minimise our impact on the environment by reducing waste and lowering our water and energy consumption. The environmental policy adopted by Mlekarna Celeia is the policy adopted by all employees. It sets out the basic principles of our environmental mindset. Through proactive internal and external communication, awareness-raising and training, we foster an ecological mindset among all participants in the business process.
Communication and Culture
Our aim in communicating with employees and fostering good relationships is to keep them informed about the company’s mission, vision, values, and strategy, and to support their professional and personal development according to their skills and potential. Another important aspect is raising employee awareness of our products, services, as well as events within the company or related to the company in general. To help us achieve these goals, we have set up an internal portal for Mlekarna Celeia, which is accessible to all employees and helps colleagues to connect with each other in a dynamic and diverse working environment.

Promoting Innovation

At Mlekarna Celeia, we see innovation as a key value and an important factor in the sustainable development of the company. The project of introducing an innovation culture establishes a systematic and transparent method for collecting, evaluating, implementing, and rewarding employee ideas. The project aims to promote creativity and active employee involvement, as well as the continuous improvement of processes, products and organisational structures. This strengthens the company’s competitiveness, knowledge transfer, and cooperation among employees, while creating a stimulating work environment.
Sponsorships
In addition to producing excellent dairy products, Mlekarna Celeia also supports projects that contribute to social development. We want to play an active role in our operating environment and contribute to positive change and an improved quality of life for people. We support various projects in the social, cultural, sports, educational, and humanitarian fields through sponsorships and donations. We have proudly sponsored the Zelene Doline Žalec Handball Club for many years and, last year, we also sponsored the skiing champion Ilka Štuhec.
